4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

• Website content and brand assets are owned by VishnyxLabs
• Client-owned data and proprietary assets remain the client's property
• Deliverables ownership is defined in each engagement contract

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Specific business outcomes or revenue impact
• Zero bugs, zero downtime, or uninterrupted service
• Perfect accuracy of AI/ML systems

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VishnyxLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

Liability for paid engagements is governed by the contract. If not specified, liability is capped at the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the event.

7. Third-Party Tools

Our Services may use third-party platforms (cloud providers, AI APIs, email services, analytics, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party failures outside our control.

8. Training Content

Training material is for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if:

• You misuse the website or violate these Terms
• Your activities create legal or security risks
• You fail to pay for contracted Services

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
